On the afternoon of 21 July, Chen Qiang, a fourth-grade researcher of the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative, and his party visited Shiyan Yinpengxing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to investigate the construction of the "Rural Revitalisation (Shiyan-Fangtan) International Exchange and Cooperation Base".

During the research, Chen Qiang came to the "Rural Revitalisation (Shiyan-Fangtan) International Exchange and Cooperation Base" constructed by the company in Fangtan Village, Fangtan Township, Zhangwan District, and learnt in detail about the content, objectives and progress of the construction of the base, as well as exchanged views with the expatriates in the base to understand the situation of their work, study and life in Shiyan and put forward guiding opinions on the construction of the base. It is understood that Shiyan Yinpengxing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a trade enterprise, mainly engaged in automobile exports, commodity trade, agricultural foreign investment. 2016 organised the construction of The Gambia (Hubei) Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone.
