After the training, these young talents will be dispatched overseas to participate in the construction of "China-Africa Agricultural Development and Poverty Reduction Demonstration Village", and bring industrial and agricultural products out of the country to open overseas markets. Now the first phase of training has been completed 9 people, including 4 foreign trainees, Shiyan local rural trainees 5 people, later will gradually expand the scale.
